Service Description

Please do a gentle exfoliation and shower before you come for your waxing. We have the right to refuse doing your waxing if there is some personal hygiene issues as this is a very intimate service. Avoid any sweating exercises for at least 24 hours. It’s advisable to wear loose fitting underwear for the first 24 hours.

Cancellation Policy

Please let us know at least 24 hours before your appointment if you would like to cancel or reschedule. This allows to give your slot to other customers. Previous ‘no show’ or regular last minute cancellation clients may be asked to pay a non-refundable deposit (if they don’t show up) to secure their slots. If a customer decides to cancel their other booked services for the same appointment on the day, we may ask you to pay the full service charge unless there is valid reason for the spontaneous cancellation.
