Service Description
Please note all our facials are customised according to each client’s skin and assessment as needed. Select this option if you are simply not sure what is best and would prefer for our therapists to guide you and recommend from our options. Otherwise you can select an existing facial and we will then also still recommend when you come for your appointment. If we assess that you need a different facial or additional treatment we will also suggest or give you recommendations
Cancellation Policy
Please let us know at least 24 hours before your appointment if you would like to cancel or reschedule. This allows to give your slot to other customers. Previous ‘no show’ or regular last minute cancellation clients may be asked to pay a non-refundable deposit (if they don’t show up) to secure their slots. If a customer decides to cancel their other booked services for the same appointment on the day, we may ask you to pay the full service charge unless there is valid reason for the spontaneous cancellation.
